Meradith Alspaugh

Meradith Alspaugh PortraitChief Operating Officer and co-owner of PCL: Meradith joined the Partnership Center in 2015. As the Chief Operating Officer, Meradith is responsible for the general ongoing operations at PCL as well as the project management, coordination, quality control, and oversight of all HUD Technical Assistance awards. She manages multiple technical assistance assignments and national training calls around HMIS. Meradith also works with local Cincinnati agencies using VESTA.

Meradith has over seventeen years of experience working with non-profit organizations that provide housing and services to low-income families and individuals. Her previous experience includes shelter and housing case management and shelter program supervision. Prior to joining PCL, Meradith served as the Continuum of Care Director for the Cincinnati/Hamilton County CoC. As Continuum of Care Director, Meradith worked in partnership with 30 non-profit organizations to facilitate ongoing collaboration and coordination of resources to prevent and end homelessness. Under Meradith’s leadership, the Cincinnati Hamilton County CoC was one of the first four CoCs in the nation to be identified as a Unified Funding Agency.  Email Meradith or call 513.891.4016 x338
